Cub keeps cutting off! Help!

My cub keeps cutting off after a couple of minutes of running hard. It cranks right back up and starts the process all over. I can run the tractor at full throttle while sitting still and it will run forever. I put the tractor in gear and run the tractor at high throttle and it will go a couple of minutes and shuts down. Giving it choke does not even help. It cranks up very easy cold also. A little history is that the carb has been rebuilt and also a total engine overhaul. This is the first time I have used the tractor after the rebuild. Thanks in advance.
