Hi Mark, B414, 434, 444, and 384 had a shut off valve at the front of the seat. There are two valves on the casting at the front of the seat. One controls the flow rate to the 3pt and the other controls where the hydraulic oil flows. In ON position the oil flows to 3pt and in OFF it flows to remote outlet or some people have plumbed the loader into the remote outlet and unfortunately then you can either use the loader and not the 3 pt and the other position the 3pt will work but the loader will not. I may have the ON and OFF positioned reversed as it has been 15 years since I worked on one. The other thing make sure the draft control level is set to HEAVY. That is the small hydraulic lever pushed forward. Hope this helps JB2
