I took one of the disk brakes apart on my Super C this summer. Once you have the cover off you should be able to get the pins out for the linkage to the brake pedal. Then everything should slide right off the brake shaft. I just cleaned everything up. Just make sure that all of the brake/disk surfaces are clean and free of oil and rust.
