Farmall B - Whatzit for? (2)

Here's another picture. This is beneath the gas tank, forward of the sediment bowl. You can see an arm with two holes in it on the near side of the tractor. This arm goes thru a bracket underneath the gas tank and there is another offset arm with holes in it that should be visible (sort of, it is visible in front of sediment bowl and points backwards) on the far side of the tractor. It is all one arm and swings in the bracket...if that makes any sense. Kinda curious as to what that is and how it functioned when the rest of it was there as it is obviously incomplete.
