Hi 7D, found picture on P.108 with relief valve shown as item 13, it is located in the lift housing under the seat at the front right corner and appears to be a plug with an "O" ring that screws into the main hydraulic housing. It is either on top right or front right of the casting under the seat.
Most relief valves are a spring with a ball on one end, so be careful if you unscrew this plug as it maybe under spring tension. Hope this helps
