This question is OT for this forum but you guys have never let me down. I have a 1998 Cub Cadet compact tractor with a 20hp. three cylinder diesel engine (I think it is a Mitsubushi) I hadn"t started the tractor in about 6 weeks and when I went to start it last week the battery had given up. I just put a new battery in it tonight, and now it won"t start. It is cranking over really good, the glow plugs check out and I can hear the electric fuel pump working. It really never got that cold here this winter and I put anti-gel stuff in the fuel last fall before I parked it in the workshop. The tractor only has 62 hours on it, so I hope nothing major is wore out. This is the first diesel I have ever owned, I am more acustomed to working on my 49 Super A. I don"t want to just start tearing into it, so any ideas what is wrong or what I should be looking for would be much appreciated. As always thanks, Mike (Reddog)
