I think you might be thinking of a 130. I think the 140 came out with a grille to match the 240, 340, 460, 560, and 660. They then changed it to match with the 606, 656, and 706 later on. After that, I believe the badging changed, but the grille stayed the same. I am sure someone else will have more information regarding this.
