I think I've learned, with some help from you guys out there, that my (just purchased) H has spun a bearing. Now for the dumb questions. Is it common for that to happen, and not hurt the crank? It seems to not have, still smooth(ish) and not blue. Would that cause a helluva bang when running? The rod was pretty lose from the crank, wiggled by hand. That cylinder had much more build up at top 1/4 inch of cyl. than the others. And off-topic, just bought, must've sat. When I drained the oil, got what looked like fresh green antifreeze, then brown water, then greyish oil. Seems like I've heard this can happen from sitting and not necesarily from a cracked head/block? Have pulled the head and pistons, all looks ok to my amature eye. Thanks in advance for all your help!
