What do you think of this H?

I need some honest, constructive feedback on this '47. Rear hubs have been modified to put on those ridiculously large wheels. It's also been converted to 12 volt, and gosh knows what else. I'm trepidacious about it. But it's better than anything I have found around here. How hard do you think it would be to convert it back to original?

Chat's tractors has a nice looking, good running H for $1000. But it would probably cost me another grand to get it to California. Where as I could probably get this H in Yuba City back home for the cost of gas and a trailor rental.

Anyway, please give me some experienced advice on what you think of it.
