Super A Radiator Cap Question

I need a new non-pressurized radiator cap with the locking tabs that hook on the OUTSIDE of the radiator neck. I believe that would be IH part #352-631-R91. The only ones I see on ebay and the antique parts houses have the INSIDE locking tabs - IH part #43983, I believe. Does anybody know if I have the right part number for the one I need? And, do you know if it is still available from Case/IH - or where I can get one? My super A serial number is 346981 (1953). Thanks. Mike (formerly City-Boy McCoy)
