I got it plumbed as follows

pressure line from belly pump to inlet of control valve

return line from control valve to fill port of belly pump

pressure port of control valve to cylinders

the reason i got it hooked into this is becuause I am gonna use the control valve so i can hook it up to 2 way hydraulic implaments that I own, IE a mower
