boring the block

Took the engine out of my H now I am wondering what to do.
Should I bore it put in sleeves and go with the 3 1/2 in or should I
drop the sleeves go sleevless and go with the 3 9/16. I know I will
get more power with the bigger bore but what is the best for the
block and the longest lasting? Will be using it mostly for pulling but
might what to take it to a parade or two, maybe even hook it to a
mower or a plow. What do you think Chad S?
