Farmall M shutting down.

My M begins sputtering and shuts down after
running for about 30 minutes. If I pull the
choke it will run with the choke out for about
5 to 10 minutes, but then it shuts down for good.
After it shuts down if I pull the carb plug, I
get very little fuel. When I disconnect the line
at the carb, I get good fuel flow. If I let it
sit, say for 30 minutes, it starts up and runs
for about 10 minutes or so and starts acting up
again. Is it vapor locking or is there a needle valve and seat problem? Any ideas would help.
