I removed the fuel line from the diesel tank to repair a leak at the connection under the water trap. When I removed the line, some, but not all fuel drained out of water trap. Repaired leak and reinstalled line. Turned on fuel at tank. Started tractor. Switched to diesel OK, but water trap did not refill all the way to the top and fitting by the injection pump (at the other end of return line) started leaking fuel and, I think, air. Tractor does run, but something's obviously not right here. How do I correct this ? Would appreciate any advice and help. Thanks
