Here in SW Ontario, we've having freezing rain off and on since yesterday. Being on the computer I was not giving this a lot of attention. My good better half does not like winter driving at best, thus I assured her last evening I'd go to store with her before going elsewhere. Now, she tells me it's ice all the way from Windsor to Ottawa, and no sane person from this house is going anywhere. Didn't say I couldn't go, just my designated status would change. Yesterday afternoon I was e mailing with Farmallhal down in Missouri, they were having freezing rain. How about you Hal is it still freezing rain down there or are you out hauling hay to your livestock? Now, if there is freezing rain all the way from Ottawa to Missouri, that is affecting 1/4 of the entire North American population. Must be two weather systems, what are the rest of you folks having? If that much of the USA and Canada were really under freezing rain, authorities would be calling it an International disaster.
