Double checked the float level earlier and it is at the correct height. The fuel inlet screen is also clean. There was a some dampness on the bottom half of the carb where the two halves come together. Tightened the screws and it doesn't seem to be seeping anymore but the performance hasn't changed. Still need to try old's suggestion with the main jets and janicholson's suggestion with the propane to find a leak. Thanks all for the help and I'll keep ya'll posted.
