Farmall B oil and coolant recommendations

I can't remember if I handled this back before she was parked and died....or died and parked.
But since the old girl is alive and running really nicely, she will probably pull a hay rake next month and should have good fluids. The manual has info but it is 60 years old. What do you guys prefer to put in a good engine to keep it good?
