Two Questions:F-14 clutch,650 LPG

Question one:The clutch was sticking on my F-14,loaded with grease.Cleaned everything but the disc.Any good wat to clean it or should I just replace it?Question two:Buddy of mine just bought a 650 LPG,when it cold,engine wise,its real hard to start but after it starts,you can cut it off and it will start right back up.Any ideas on that?Thanks!RB
