Hi everyone, I finally received my voltage regulator from OEM Tractor Parts today that I ordered on the 8th. I'm putting it on my 1943 H today, my H used to have a cut out that was no good so that is why I'm using a regulator. Now my problem is the wiring- I printed out Bob's wiring diagram and wired it as shown, except one wire that goes to the generator is supposed to hook up the the "GEN" Terminal on the regulator. This new regulator has 4 terminals, F, L, BAT and 1 that says nothing. The one that does not say anything is on the bottom of the regulator, is that the GEN terminal? The only other terminal with no wires hooked up is the L terminal. I have shown 2 pics, one of the terminal on the bottom and one of the regulator on my H. Please tell me where the GEN terminal is, if it is the bottom terminal or not. Also, do I need to repolarize the generator when I put on this regulator or not? I appreciate any help. It is a new 12 volt regulator and a 12 volt generator.
