I'm going through the same thing with a Super M. Sure is a budget buster buying those bearings and stuff! The way I look at it though is that the cheapest cheapy Mahindra or whatever kind of china made tractor you can find new will still cost thousands and thousands more than what you'll invest in that M, and your M will then last another 50 plus years which I'm sure the china tractor won't!
Did you get the reverse idler and pto bushings from the dealer or were they off-the-shelf industrial stuff? I'll be doing those too.
