Hi all, I posted before about my Dad's 1944 H having a knock in the transmission. I looked at the drive joint the other day and 2 of the nuts were almost all the way off the bolts, tightened them up and still has the knock. I took off the transmission top cover today and drained the transmission and checked out the gears. There is a shaft with some gears on the top towards the front, there is a gear on that ahaft with a few chunked off teeth. I found a nut in the transmission housing and I'm thinking maybe that nut got into the gear and broke the teeth on the gear. I don't see any other broken or chipped gears, do you think this gear is the problem? I have a picture here with the busted teeth circled in red.
