I've got a Mod. 21 on my Super C (same works, but different frame from the same model for the A) that lists M2572 for the flywheel (pulley) that the pitman connects to.
Between the manual and the parts listing, I might be able to help, but am not entirely clear on what parts you're asking about (more a matter of terminology than anything else).
Shaft -- the shaft that the flywheel/pulley spins on, or the off-center pin that actually moves the pitman?
Arm -- the wooden pitman itself or the metal piece that uses four bolts to hold it to the pin on the flywheel?
There were two types of connections between the flywheel and the pitman itself. One rode on a bushing, the other a bearing, and they come apart a little differently.
