Farmall 140, fast hitch wont pick up high enough?

The single point fast hitch on my Farmall 140 will not pick the disc or plow up high enough to transport it. The disc just clears the ground and the plow drags by an inch or so and really tears up good lawn. Not where I want to plow. The rear going arm that goes down to the fast hitch on the right side needs a turnbuckle added or something. The arm on the left side needs to be shortened. Thats the only places where I can see any improvement could be made. Any suggestions? Thanks OB
