I purchased a 706. The lever that moves the fast hitch moves good and fast hitch goes up and down, but the other lever[think it is something to do with traction control].. it is in the down position and will not budge. Is the something you have to do before it can be moved upward..or rusted in place ... or something wrong in there..What do you guys think. appreciate you thoughts about it. Thanks
