806 hydraulics, steering, brakes and TA prob.

Hi All, I just discovered this board and have really enjoyed it. I'm sure I saw a thread a few days ago about a similar problem, but I can't find that thread now so I appolgize if I'm asking a question that has been beaten to death already. I have an 806 that won't steer (the wheel goes around and around with no results), the brakes don't work at all, and the TA isn't working. I seem to remember a suggestion to replace the hyd. filter which I'm doing now. The fluid looks good, not milky. It's cold here but not that cold 15 deg. Any other suggestions? TIA
