Blue smoke H

Well I got my 41 H running, and its running great. I took a bit of
time to get it running, figuring out why I didnt have spark, then I
had to really clean/rebuild the carb, twice. Then it wanted to go
but just wouldnt. I adjusted the timing, and now she runs like a
top. But, the question:

I have a pretty good bit of bluish white smoke at idle and while
motoring too. Im imagining this is just a matter of carb tuning
and that once I play with it a little more, the smoke will clear up.
What do you all think?

Could the timing have anything to do w the amount of smoke? I
did not time it with a light, yet. I did it by ear/feel, so although
running well, the timing could still be slightly too advanced or
retarded.

All thoughts, input, and advice appreciated. Thanks
