I had looked at the wiring between the Regulator and Gen. pretty carefully, and had made a new lead between Generator F and Regulator F term. when I put the regulator on. It does charge when jumping from Regulator terminal to ground. Removing the Reg. cover I can't see anything wrong, contacts aren't stuck or corroded as the regulator is new. The "old" regulator had exactly the same symptoms. The generator has only a pulley, no fan, and is Delco #1101355. Going to go take another look this afternoon and see what I can come up with. I figure its worth the effort to try and make the regulator work rather than run it at high charge continously. Still scratching my head... Thanks, George.
