Good news for you. The dealer I complain about had my BIL's 8070 in for an engine overhaul. Sleeve seal let go while they were plowing. Buy the time the engine temp went up antifreeze had been in the oil long enough to do the damage. They, the AGCO dealer called my BIL and told him they couldn't get a crankshaft for it and they he would have to find his own and oh by the way we'll give you a good deal on a new MF. My BIL was real busy and not very good on a computer so he ask if I could look for a used crankshaft. I got on AGCO parts look up and a new crank was available from AGCO. Now other than trying to sell my BIL a new tractor why would they lie to him? They can get parts for you, that is if you can afford to wait. basically if it's older than 5 years old they have to order parts, they just don't have them on hand. If you need em next day they really nail you for shipping. I'm in the process of getting rid of anything I have to go to AGCO for parts.
I know that White, Oliver and MM all made good tractors. But because of support I'd have to get one heck of a deal on one here because of the dealer.
