New construction home well underway. Builder screwed up royally on planned walk out attic to garage so I am looking at some alternatives. (communication failure to truss shop). Builder gave me this weekend to do it via sweat equity. Planning on using the main house above ceiling area to add some additional storage. Access will be via standard scuttle ladder x 3. What words of wisdom can y'all offer? Thanks in advance.
