Wal-Mart Oil

Would anyone know you makes the super tech (wal-mart)brand oil. I mainly use Rotella in my tractors but have considered using the Wal-Mart store brand. Also, a NAPA store guy told me that the NAPA brand was valvoline. Any info on that? Just thought I would see if anyone might know. What a great site for learning about old tractors.
