For the past week I've been trying to contact Deer Creek Equipment in Oxford, PA now part of Atlantic Tractor to inquire about a donation for the Farm Bureau Benefit Auction. The manager must make this decision but they won't put me through to him. I faxed my inquiry as requested but still no response and no reply to my second telephone call. I'm not a large customer but they do get most of my parts and service dollars. I don't expect them to make a donation but I do expect to receive a response. I buy genuine JD parts, filters, and oil but will have to rethink my purchases. Do I have a right to be po'd or is this how business is done today? I'm sending a letter to the owner but at this point my expectations are low.
