12 volts--and restoring.

I can't believe all the for sale tractors that have been converted to 12 volt. Why? Maybe if you are using it in cold weather and don't care about originality it's OK. But when you restore one and say it's a show tractor---then that ticks me off. Especially you Farmall people--seems like every H or M has been converted. I realize some of you are saying---So what!!! But that's just me---I like original. None of mine have been converted and never will be---they start just fine on 6 volts. And one more comment about restoring. Geez all Friday----if you go to all the work of painting and restoring a tractor then don't leave a set of shi--- tires on it!!
