Continental Y-112 Help

I have an old Clark aircraft tug. It has a Continental Y-112 4 cylinder flat head. I can't seem to get it to run right. Does anyone know what the timing should be on this engine and where the timing marks are located??? They don't appear to be anywhere near the front crank pully.
It has a Marvel Schebler carb., 1" diameter. Are there rebuild kits available for these?
It would also be helpful to know what the point gap should be. Delco-Remy distributor, CCW rotation.
