feel soaked by tire shop

I got a flat rear tactor tire while cutting hay the other day, called my tire shop and asked for a quote for a good used 18.4 x 38. quote was $200 for the tire and $185 for putting it on,travel included.I live 40 mls from town. I said come and do it, that was last saturday. I helped the guy putting it on,I provided a good tube, so he did not have to patch the old one.It took 1 hr start to finnish. This morning the bill was in the mail, $658,16. $273,- over quote. 458 bucks for 1 hr work and 1 hr travel.After asking about the diff in quote the fellow said , i did not give you that low a quote.
