Farmall H stuck in gear(s)?

I have a Farmall H that seems to be simultaneously stuck in two gears (reverse and one forward). I have removed the gear shift lever and aligned the shifting dogs into what I believe to be neutral (large gap in all three are aligned), but when I let out the clutch it is still stuck in gear(s) and stalls the engine. Please help, thanks!
