Ok guys. UPDATE I Took the fuel drain out and it seemed to run fine. so I put that back in and took out one plug at a time. Now please note I have to crank start this tractor (no battery). SO while cranking with one hand I am trying to hold the plug against a bolt on the engine to ground it and watch for the light. So it might not be 100% but I think there is an issue. Of the 4 plugs only the number 2 (From the front of the engine) had blue. None of the other 3 had anything. I made sure to crank at least 2 or 3 revolutions on each plug to make sure it should have hit at least one time. at least that is what I would assume. BUt only 1 did. I cleaned the cap and rotor this morning so I don't think that is it but they are obviously not brand new either. a bit burnt on edges and such. The strange thing is this tractor worked just fine and then bang. I went around the field and it started sputtering then ok then sputter. like I said like it was missing. Then it started missing more and more and then dead. Now last night when I thought it was a fouled plug. I pulled wires while I did get it running again for those few minutes it did run and number 1 and 3 from the front did not affect the engine at all. SO I assume 2 and 4 were firing at that time. but now it seems like 2 is the only one with spark. What should I do or try next? I really am lost at this point!
