Thanks bob, My husband has masseys and said it was a cont and the name plate on the motor says so but we thought someone my have put that on there.The reguator is for the power box, the guy said its what tells the thing what to do. Was this a put together unit or is it factory made? why would it have the motor of from one company and the housing unit of another? And did they made generator box units like this yours has a pulley type on it. Only thing that confuses me is the guy said it has 35 amp breakers Would the engine be big enought for this. thanks for all your help sue
