fuel injecters on IH/MD

Hey there guys I was woundering if anyone had problems with their IH/MD (1951) where it would run on gas but you try to switch it to diesel there it would just quit. I found out yesterday one thing it was not the fuel pump. Today I pulled one of the injectors out and started the tractor up I wanted to see if fuel got though the injector NOPE BIG NEG. I was woundering if any body could Good advice I what to do and Thank you Chuck's repair for helping me yesterday.
