My First H - Problems

Went and picked up my first H Farmall on monday. Owner had pulled it out of the barn where it had been sitting for many years. The sheet metal is in good shape, but it has a couple of problems. The engine turns over about a 1/8-1/4 turn and stops. Not sure about it. But the bigger problem is in the rear. The rear wheels will simply not turn. It will not shift into any gear, but it won't shift out either. I have raise one tire to get it to turn, and it still won't move. Did the same to the other side and no luck. I am very confused as to what the problem could be.
