Have you checked the fuel flow to the carburetor? If you have a plug on the bottom of the carburetor, you need to remove the plug and see if gas flows freely. If you have good flow to the carb. Your float and needle valve may be gummed up not allowing the gas to rise to the correct height in the carburetor. You may need to disassemble the carb again. I would drain all of that old gas and add several cans of that injector cleaner to the tank & add some fresh gas. Then start the engine and see if the cleaner fixes the problem. I would add some fuel stabilizer when the tractor isn't used. It will gum up you gas tank too. You can drain the carb if the tractor isn't used often. I had the same problem on a snow blower and I removed the carb bowl and sprayed it with brake parts cleaner. It ran ok after that. Hal
