Well try the retorque and i have had to REAL torque them up to the diesel spec to get them to stop , it's the new gskt materal it is not as good as the asbestous and did you use spray copper coat ??? Now as for the valve cover did you stighten out the top as they get bent down in over time and then the bolts bottom out and a real lite coat of Dr. Blue or Black on both side of the cork gaskt . put it on with you finger and i do mean thin . Don't forget to run the valves a second time and watch the total timming and run the 93 octain and give it around 30-35 hours of run time doing things like hauling manuar moving bales spreading fertilizer no running the grinder mixer no plowen no discen change oil and filter after 10-12 hours then againat around 25-30 hours , then run the bag off it
