Well that is not good , but it keeps the threads lubed on the plugs . Just how much oil is it usen . Don't know how hard ya work it and with only a 150 hours on the engine you are not working it much. It could be that you never got the rings to seat and now the liners are glazed over . Or it could be that they did not check to see if the bore of the block was out of round and just slaped in a set of sleeves and when ya do that the liners are out of round . And the bad part is they don't care as they got your money . This is one of the reasons that when i do a 263 i have it bored to take the 291 up date sleeves that way i know that the block is now round and no boreing and re slevenen and bore again to take the 263 sleeve .There is a bunch more to doing a super good job of rebuilding then just slapen in sleeves and pistons .
