Farmall A 1939 pet/kero

I have been trying to get my Farmall A (Magneto ) to run properly for some time.
Originally it started fine but would stop after about 2 minutes or when it got warm.
We have rebuilt the carby and installed a new coil and condensor ( the points are ok ). After ensuring the timing was ok as per book It started first go after 15 months ran for two minutes perfectly and abruptly stopped and will not restart.
Any ideas appreciated ............Paul.
