The bolt is in the parts book, but its listed under the axle itself and not pictured. As to the adjustment, the rear bearings are NOT adjustable, you just tighten down the bolt. They are ball bearings not cone and roller bearing like front the front wheels. As to the spacer washer, I can't tell from the parts book which is which, and there appears to be a difference in the right and left sides, probably for the seed plate drive. I also see the axles are different R and L.
