Could of bought a tractor!!!!!!

I just got back from paying the fuel man. I still am feeling the sting.....I got 375 gals of lp and 300 gals of 90 octaine shell gasoline. it came to $1295.22 (1.395 a gal for propaine 2.692 a gal for 90 oct gasoline.) Minnesota gas includes fed tax. I could of bought me a nice tractor with that kind of money.... I cant belive a fill up is worth more than some of my tractors.... Back when i was a kid in 1990-95 i think the most pops paid for farm gas was 1.09 and was mostly 80-90 cents. I just cant get over how much fuel is now.
