Im plowing up some sod to put in winter rye for a neighbor, were are just expermenting with a small patch of the feild. And anyway its a old hay feild I was useing my Super C with a fast hitch plow and disk to break up the sod, second gear., but was having a heck of a time. I would get hugh clumbs of sod break off and jam the plow up and disking was not any easier, I still have to do about 2/3 of the patch and was wondering if there is any advice on how to do this soo its not sooo clumpy.
