I am helping my neighbor with his H.We cleaned the carb and put a kit in ,also filed and set the points(magneto). the tractor starts and idles nice but wants to stall when advancing the throttle then levels out and runs but not running smooth and not getting enough power. We tried opening up the main jet more but doesnt do the trick either. We dont know much about IHC magnetos but was wondering if it could be that the magneto isnt advancing? or more likely in the governor? any help would be appreciated
