RR, that inspection plate allows access to the clutch. There is no gasket for it. It should be a dry area. If it leaks bad, either the rear main seal on the engine leaks(is the engine using more oil lately) or the seals at the front of the transmission are leaking. That grease zerk fitting fits into the throwout bearing sleeve for the clutch. It greases the area that the throwout bearing slides back & forth on. To fix either leak, the tractor will have to be split. Good luck.
