Gene I have we have 2 of these loaders and It is hooked up right. the one on my 100 works awsome and the one we put on my dads Super A has just gave us problems. We had the TC apart and had to un-plug the orphice that cooled the fluid down. We had to replace the oil seal on the pump it had blown out and filled the crankcase full of hyd oil. Do you suppose the pump isn't creating enough pressure? What port do you use to test for pressure? on the hyd lines that go to the TC there are 3 pipe plugs. the rear one towards the seat supplies the loader 1/4 npt fitting. then there is a middle one 1/8 npt and I hooked a 2000 pso hyd gauge there and get nothing. then there is a 1/4 npt towards the front of the tractor and I can not get the plug out. I think that is the one I need to get out to tesst for PSI is that the high pressure line side? It almost acts like it uses all the luid in the TC and then stops lifting is it possible it is not taking the fluid from the loader to help fill the system? I am not sure how it all works and how it uses the loader fluid to circulate through the whole system. any help would be great its like have a hunting dog that wont hunt. Its great to have a loader but sucks it wont lift.
