It's not the radiator hose, tiny beads of coolant collected in about an hour at various places around the head/block interface. I'm absolutely certain of a precision machined head. I know the fellow very well. I used the IHC repair manual on the C-60 to C-284 engines for torque sequence at 45ft/lbs. If the problem was one or two spots, a ding might be it, or a milled sand cavity, but it's all around the head. I'm stumped on this one. Could it be a defective head gasket, or serius block warp? Pulled the head tonight and found some moisture around the valves and 2 cylinders. Dried quickly and now the rings are clear with motor oil.
